This morning, my post is going to be a little bit different.  Instead of sharing a doctrine from Scripture, I’d like to encourage the readers of this blog.  Some of you may be scratching your head right now and wondering what I’m talking about.  Let me explain.

As an amateur writer/blogger, I sometimes hesitate to post things.  I am fearful of the way my post will be perceived and received.  I worry about being inarticulate, vague, blunt, and/or offensive!  I’m sure I’m not alone in these worries.  I bet every blogger out there at one point or another experiences the same thing from time to time, depending on their subject matter.

But as a Believer in Jesus Christ, I must write what God puts on my heart!  I’m sure the prophets and patriarchs of old experienced the same thing!  We know Moses was fearful to go before Pharoah and speak the words of the Lord.  He practically begged the Lord to let someone else speak for him.  I’ve been there…telling God to let some other person “tell it like it is”!

Here’s the deal though…if God gives you a revelation about Scripture, or a word regarding a doctrine, or a truth concerning the grievances going on this world today… things that are totally against His teachings, then we are to share those things openly. When God speaks to Believers, that truth He is putting forth to them, is NOT for them alone…it is for ALL who will listen and obey His truth!

I currently have the privilege of reviewing a Bible Study written by one of my favorite bloggers- Agent X.  I want to encourage him especially, not to doubt his abilities…or whatever other thing the devil is whispering in his ear right now.  Agent X has written the TRUTH in this study, and satan doesn’t want the TRUTH to get out into the hearts and minds of folks!  But God said,  “Be not afraid of their faces: for I am with thee to deliver thee, saith the LORD.” -Jeremiah 1:8 …. Those who have messages to deliver from God, must not fear the face of man.

I hear all the time that we are to be the hands and feet of Jesus…and this is true.  But I want to take it a step further and say, we are to be the VOICE…the MOUTH PIECE of Jesus, God Almighty, and the Holy Spirit.  WE…BELIEVERS are to be the modern-day prophets. We are to be  the Nathan’s that have no fear of the hearer’s position…but only fears God if truth is not spoken…remember when Nathan went before King David after David had killed Bathsheba’s husband?  Here’s the story in 2 Samuel 12 MSG….

1-3 and sent Nathan to David. Nathan said to him, “There were two men in the same city—one rich, the other poor. The rich man had huge flocks of sheep, herds of cattle. The poor man had nothing but one little female lamb, which he had bought and raised. It grew up with him and his children as a member of the family. It ate off his plate and drank from his cup and slept on his bed. It was like a daughter to him.

“One day a traveler dropped in on the rich man. He was too stingy to take an animal from his own herds or flocks to make a meal for his visitor, so he took the poor man’s lamb and prepared a meal to set before his guest.”

5-6 David exploded in anger. “As surely as God lives,” he said to Nathan, “the man who did this ought to be lynched! He must repay for the lamb four times over for his crime and his stinginess!”

7-12 “You’re the man!” said Nathan. “And here’s what God, the God of Israel, has to say to you: I made you king over Israel. I freed you from the fist of Saul. I gave you your master’s daughter and other wives to have and to hold. I gave you both Israel and Judah. And if that hadn’t been enough, I’d have gladly thrown in much more. So why have you treated the word of God with brazen contempt, doing this great evil? You murdered Uriah the Hittite, then took his wife as your wife. Worse, you killed him with an Ammonite sword! And now, because you treated God with such contempt and took Uriah the Hittite’s wife as your wife, killing and murder will continually plague your family. This is God speaking, remember! I’ll make trouble for you out of your own family. I’ll take your wives from right out in front of you. I’ll give them to some neighbor, and he’ll go to bed with them openly. You did your deed in secret; I’m doing mine with the whole country watching!”

This is the kind of boldness we chosen “Mouth Pieces” of God must have!

Jesus does not walk the earth in human form any longer.  He sits at the right hand of God Almighty.  We are to be His hands and feet…and His voice!

If you blog/write the Truths of God…be encouraged.  HE IS ON YOUR SIDE, WAITING FOR YOU TO SPEAK HIS TRUTH!
