“Let us not be weary in well-doing: for in due season we shall reap, IF we faint not.”  -Galatians 6:9

It’s easy to become weary in “well-doing” in these crazy days we live in.  Things in the world have changed so much over the course of my lifetime.  What used to be evil or wrong is now called good or being tolerant.  No one has regard for their neighbor anymore…doors must remain locked at all times for fear of break-ins or robberies.  You aren’t safe from random shootings at the mall, or McDonald’s…not even in your car driving down the highway.  It’s every man for himself now days.  You can’t even believe the people in charge anymore.  Lies pour from their mouths like venom.  Most folks are confused about what is right and what is wrong.

But…if you know Jesus, you KNOW what is right…and you must still DO what is right!  It’s not easy to do the right thing sometimes, to stand up and SAY what is right…for it makes you stand out in a crowd.  Folks see that you are different, and you become a target for their ridicule.  But it’s ok…for “We shall reap, in due season…IF we faint not!”

In addition to doing and saying what is right…we must pray for our country and our leaders!

“Don’t stop praying, but have more trust;  Don’t stop praying, for pray we must;  Faith will banish a mount of care…so don’t stop praying!  God answers prayer!” -Unknown

That about sums it up!  PRAYER CHANGES THINGS!
